Within the magnificent dunes, woods, ponds and ocean of the outer Cape lies the inspiration for photographing the figure in the landscape.
This workshop will explore the territory that links the established genres of nude and landscape photography and will help students make personally meaningful visual connections between the two. We will also discuss such practicalities as identifying suitable sites, working with models, and dealing with legal issues. Workshop participants will shoot extensively, in a variety of settings, with daily critiques of their work.
Some moderately strenuous hiking may be involved.
