This workshop is for photographers who love the surreal quality that black and white Infrared film can produce, but are daunted by it's seeming difficulties. It's not that difficult. Infrared can be mastered easily with proper attention to the techniques that emphasize it's uniqueness. Field trips into some of Cape Cod's most wonderful landscapes are designed to cover many shooting situations. This variety will be fundamental in understanding the film's capacity. Daily critiques will discover the strengths and weakness of each different light situation, address technical concerns and open conversations about the creative appeal of Infrared. |
