Lith printing is a fantastically creative, somewhat unpredictable, technically challenging alternative to traditional B&W printing.
This workshop is for B&W photographic printmakers who are inspired by unique imagery. The process generates prints with deep shadows, colored midtones and clean white highlights. These midtone colors range from sepia, olive and peach to reds and caramels. Print contrasts can range from subtle to graphic with an infrared look. The variety of print interpretation is almost limitless and a great deal of fun!
